Contribuisci feedbackMy favorite place to go in laurens for breakfast hands down. Using the mobile app makes it more affordable and the food is always delicious and hot and I love lunch and dinner as well. Service is always amazing and honestly they know me there now hahaha.
Someone needs to find out why lobby is closed 80% of the time. I understand labor is hard to get but not everyone wants a drive thru. I can imagine the older crowd feels this frustration. LOBBY CLOSED IS THE NORMAL NOW HERE
10am I went inside to place a to go order. Three employees never ask if they could take my order. All three employees just stood and stared. Yes I walked out.
I wish I could do 0 star but I can't. On February 7th 2024 12pm I walked into this establishment in hopes to have lunch with my children. We walked up to the kiosk and placed our order. After putting my card into pay the machine read APPROVED. It was clearly stating approved on the machine but the MANAGER on duty that day states to me that since the kiosk did not print her side a recipe that she could not make our order. She also said that it wouldn't be coming out of my bank. But next day guess what? It did come out. Went up there to get my refund and another manager stated that she couldn't give me the refund because it did not happen on her shift. Okay, that's when I wanted to speak with corporate because that's ridiculous! I have never heard of such bad business behaviors. Spoke with corporate they filed the claim and NEVER GOT BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME ABOUT MY REFUND! Called back several times to the store with NO answer..also still nothing back from corporate. Watch out when your spend your hard earned money here people.. because they may rob you and you'll never get your money back!!!
Food has been skyrocketing in price, and quality is really going down. $26 for TWO meals??? WHAT? We used to come here a lot... every Sunday after church, but we won't be returning now.
