Mcdonald's - Laval

The worst Mc Donald's experience in my life. Please remove the franchisee and take over.

This one is the worst McDonald's. We went to a Drive-thru and the lady didn't respond to me and let 3 cars passed by. I had to get off the car and talk in the other machines because they forgot about me. I asked a chocolate muffins and she didn't mind telling us that there was no chocolate muffins and give us another flavor. I ordered a Putin but she didn't even give me a fork.

Waited 35minutes for icecream. only client in restaurant. should have went to dairy queen. Update. Service was a little bit better. They (staff) concentrate on the driver thru. The client that took the time to go in, is considered 2nd Class.

Service absolutely terrible. they seem to only have one exhausted employee doing everything.

I went there and didn't know who was serving me because they all looked lost. Bathroom was disgusting, The food wasn't served properly. One of the worst mcdonalds I ever went
