Mcalister's Deli - Lawrence

I order a lot from mcalister and am generally quite happy solid sandwiches, good chili.) tonight I got this cookie and I just have to laugh. it is free to spend a certain amount,) so at least I paid for it, but it makes me wonder about the care that goes into the handling of the food. it is frustrating that plastic was was wasted to pack this, I don't know who would touch a cookie that is partially eaten.

This place is ok. I love McAlister’s just not this location. Have given this place multiple chances to change my mind. Sandwiches are made the same and they are literally thrown in the to go boxes. We had to have our sons sandwich remade. Sweet Tea is always good.

Ordered pickup of a half french dip sandwich and a bowl of soup. my sandwich wasn’t bigger than a cracker pack and only had one piece of meat in it, extremely disappointed and definitely not worth the money

I thought the chicken Caesar wrap was supposed to come with caesar dressing, at least in manhattan they do. also this is supposed to be cut in half. garbo job for a place i thought had a higher reputation

Have ordered To-go from this location 3 times. EVERY TIME our order has been wrong when we picked it up. Also, this last time we picked up our food not only was it wrong, it was thrown into boxes in a very careless, messy way. The box pictured on the right isn’t even a full sandwich, just half of one that was completely deconstructed at the time we picked up our order (it looks as if it was tossed into the box frisbee style .Their staff is friendly but have been very careless and disrespectful with our food. (I included a picture of our order ticket so you can see that they got our order wrong, though they did include the correct sides.
