Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Granddaughter wanted rainbow sparkle pancakes from Cracker Barrel. So we went. Good food and the help was the best.

Never order delivery from this place. I ordered biscuits and gravy with extra gravy. I got 3 biscuits, bacon an no gravy. The menu says 32 oz. drink and I got a small kids to go cup. I was reimbursed for the but it was nothing but a waste of time.

I usually don't complain, I still paid my whole bill, even though they got that wrong as well, as we were checking out the cashier combined my bill and someone's online order. I left a $30 tip because I have been waiting tables for over 20 years and our sweet server was very overwhelmed and did the best she could. Waitress wasn't worth the tip I gave. Steaks are always more rare than I ordered. Fun lobby. Interesting novelties to buy.

Out of a few things that we tried to order. Out if their special sourdough bread! Not sure if a management issue or supply chain problem. Also disappointed that grits don't come with everything like they used to. Been a long time guest, always liked my grits, now have to pay extra for them. Will still be back, but my how CB has changed a lot in recent couple of years.
