Superb campsite: paradise for our holidays! Rooms: 5

Zero-point campsite. 1st week of September where we were. Almost no more bar catering service. On our arrival we were told that we had been upgraded because the mobile home we had reserved was no longer available (is that normal already).. we entered the mobile home, the curved, warped floor burned in places . Bottoms of drawers smashed (let's call a spade a spade), toilets more than tilted, windows and shutters of unspeakable dirt, exterior of the mobile home dirty, shutters that don't work. Lots of tiger mosquitoes (34 bites in 1 week). Locations much too close. As for the noise, it's cool because you can hear the music from the neighboring campsite very well until at least midnight and last evening until 2 a.m. normally. The swimming pool is not very well maintained, swimming pools under unheated domes I think because even the sea is warmer in September. Dirty convenience store, I've never seen that. The fridge has so much condensation we can't see the products in it, moldy seals, a foul smell. And what's more, I bought butter on September 5, it was expired on the 2nd, I realized it on the 8th. I took it back to her and the lady told me that she made the dlc every day, strangely on the 8th when she looked in the fridge there were still some dated September 2nd. A shame. Instead of giving me a refund or something else, she gave me another one, which was no use because we were leaving the next day. Which I told her, and she made no further move. The security guard, I don't know what he's really for... and in terms of laundry, only one dryer, so if the person decides not to come pick up their laundry, we can't do anything according to reception, so we have to wait until she deigns to come and get him. GREAT NO MATTER WHAT this campsite. I've never seen that in my life really. A positive point is the entertainment for children and the dynamic team. We loved it!! Of course, there is nothing in Spanish. But the staff is very friendly and they try to understand each other. Very close to the town Barcares and 20 minutes from Perpignan.
