Le Provencal - Le Cheylard

A thoroughly enjoyable & tasty supper which was clearly cooked on the premises with locally sourced ingredients. The local Ardeche white wine was both delicious & very reasonably priced. We were not in a rush & there was plenty of time to enjoy each course - a most enjoyable experience which is often a rare treat, having experienced restaurants throughout the length & breadth of France.

A delightful delicious dinner that was cooked in the rooms with local ingredients. The local Ardeche white wine was both delicious very cheap.
