The room is beautiful, the team in the room is top, but that's all! it is recommended that the owner constantly asks to pay extras not provided in the contract and is very aggressive. we married in this room in 2017. we chose it for its frame, the key formula in hand and the capacity of the room to accommodate a large number of guests. After signing the contract, we had to run them behind and perform many relaunches to have answered our questions. and we discovered shortly before the marriage, fees that were not provided for in the contract: 2 weeks before the marriage: a supplement of €1,300 was claimed for the brunch while we had a writing on their part, which confirmed that it was included. We had to exchange for 3/4 days so that finally they agree not to charge us. 10 days before the wedding: we were ordered 1 babysitter from the room 120€ while the ones we had hired were much cheaper. the day before the wedding, at the end of the day: a supplement of 240€ was requested for modifications that we had requested on the cocktail pieces. However, we had a writing from cherifa dating from 5 months before, which confirmed that the changes were taken into account, without additional costs. Amar's response is not she who decides, it's me ... and since the day before the marriage, we have settled the benefit. on the day of marriage: a supplement of €70.00 has been asked to our witnesses for a wall led while this benefit is included in the contract as we have chosen the formula with travel. fortunately my sister knew it was included and she didn't pay. about the trip to the soles, the apartment was top and very helpful and smiling. but again, amar tried to sell us a supplement to be alone in the apartment. arrived on site, it was realized that the apartment was always rented so that only one couple and not shared! If we had listened to him, we would have paid a supplement for the same benefit. excursion services were not honoured either.
