La Fleur de Ble - Le May-sur-Èvre

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday, there were 8 of us, I assure you that we didn't have to be greedy. My son is also a pastry chef, what a disappointment when my husband came back with the cake ordered three days before, we were sold a frozen cake. I went to this bakery because mine was on leave, next time I will order from a supermarket at least I won't be disappointed. I do not recommend at all

Big winner of the competition for the best croissant, you have to get up at dawn to be able to enjoy it for breakfast, for Brunch don't forget to book! Even second in the contest the baguette is worth the detour. The brioche replaced the croissants very honorably, even if it did not compete...
