The atmosphere is lively and inviting, offering a lot of potential for the talented students to showcase their skills. I attended a "jazz night" event and was impressed with the diverse menu and the talented musicians from Leeds College of Music. The ambiance and service were top-notch. I would definitely come back again.
We have dined here multiple times, including an excellent Christmas dinner last December and a group dinner last week. As I mentioned earlier, the lunch menu is quite limited with only about three appetizers and three main courses available. I ordered the Surf-N-Turf, which consists of fish with a beef burger and chips. Since I don't eat seafood, I had the turf without the surf! The burger was cooked well and very tasty, and the chips were served in a cute miniature basket and were delicious. The wine selection was affordable, and we enjoyed a lovely bottle of rosé recommended by Luke, who is in charge of the wine. It's important to note that this is a training restaurant, so mistakes can happen as students are learning. Despite this, we have never had any complaints about the food since the restaurant opened on campus. Even if we did, we understand that the students are still learning. The dessert was a bread and butter pudding, which was a bit dry and could have used some pouring sauce or cream. Overall, it's a pleasant place to dine with good food. There is also a counter where students sell baked goods, which were also delicious. Luke is great at teaching and managing the restaurant. Parking is limited on campus, so you need to call ahead for a reservation or have a blue badge. The restrooms are clean and accessible, just a few steps away from the dining area. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice dining experience.
I recently dined at the new restaurant in Printworks. The table was adorned with festive crackers that had a lovely Christmas decoration inside, which I bought to hang on my tree at home. The quality of the decor was impressive. The service was quick even though our group had not pre-ordered our food, so everything was made fresh in the kitchen. I ordered the Caesar salad and a cocktail. The food was of excellent quality, on par with a top restaurant. The Christmas dinner was traditional, with all the trimmings and a delicious pudding for dessert, followed by mince pies and coffee. The value for money was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend booking for one of their themed evenings.
My first visit to the food academy was for her Chinese New Year's meal. the personal is charming, and the quality of the food was first class! all the compliments to the restaurants and restaurants!
I'm already here a few times and am still amazed by the ability and talent of these young students. eating is better than in most restaurants I was in front of location, and the service is top notch. the special nights are a real joy. the last we visited was the play night in november and I couldn't find a room for improvement. delicious, tasty, tasty! They prepare all their own locally produced feeds, have also a metzgerei and bakery in front of location. All I can say is it a try, they will be surprised about the quality produced and do not forget that they also support students in their training.
