Corporate needs to step in and terminate literally everyone at this location if they ever hope for it to be successful.
NEVER received food, but paid for it with my card, then waited 22 min.!!! No food no answer!! Only 1 other car there!! Whats up with that??!!! They made out with an extra $9.
If that were my business, I would want someone to let me know how rude my employee was without any provocation. The girl, Veronica working the drive-through should find a job that better suits her lack of customer service skills, maybe the DMV or prison guard. I almost asked for my 2$ tip back but her aggressive behavior made me think twice. Even worse the food tasted like yesterday’s leftovers.
No wait in drive through and the staff was Exceptional!!!
Long time sonic customer, this Sonic should be passed every order has to be repeated multiple times then after they read it back multiple times they still make multiple errors on a single combo meal. When I asked if I was charged for the bigger drink I ordered or the smaller drink I received I was told that the order was repeated back to me. (It was and then I still did not get what we both said I ordered) I was willing to let it go because she was adamant that she had said that when repeating my order. I checked the receipt it had a different order than I ordered and she had repeated I pointed this out now unlike when I pointed out I had ordered a larger drink it was a simple mistake. In summary long time Sonic customer who got a kick out of the owner claiming their customers were worth a mint which I also didn't get in my over $10 combo meal. DO NOT MAKE A Simple MISTAKE by going here.
