Bistro L'hermitage - Leesylvania

I was not fully prepared for the food at this French restaurant. French cuisine may not be to my taste, as I have visited France multiple times and didn't have much good to say about the food, except for crepes and one mysterious dish. Sadly, my potato soup lacked potatoes and my wife's French onion soup needed more salt. The sauce on the filet Mignon was not to my liking, but the lobster was good and my wife enjoyed her chicken and couscous dish. The crepe and creme Brule were delicious. Overall, there were more successful dishes than disappointments. The service was also excellent.

We had a perfect experience at this restaurant. We made a reservation for 5 o’clock, so it was peaceful and the service was plentiful. All three appetizers were outstanding, as were the starters and desserts. You can't make a wrong choice here. The prices are reasonable as well.
