Placed an online order. While we were driving to go pick it up, I got a notification that Jamba cancelled it for no reason. No one from the store reached out to explain why. Highly unprofessional. Do better, Jamba Juice.
This will be my last time going to this Jamba Juice. First time, they added an extremely high amount of matcha to my smoothie which resulted in me vomiting. Second time, the smoothie wasn’t blended correctly and the boosters (powder) was in clumps at the bottom of the cup. Third time, I ordered a Vanilla Blue Sky bowl and I received something completely off colored, with the texture of soup and it tasted nothing like the bowl I ALWAYS get. This store just got a new manager and she’s really making some big positive changes! Taste and quality has improved!
I do and who doesn't love a good smoothie. Jamba has fantastic smoothies and it is so nice now you can order from your phone app and the smoothie is waiting for you when you get there. It is a smooth process.
