Absolutely fantastic and celiac friendly. They bake there own gluten free bagels in a separate kitchen and have lots of choice.
They have several different types of gf bagels and prepare everything in the back so there is no cross contamination. I had a focaccia captures bagel and it was phenomenal. It actually tasted like a bagel! Wish I got two
There are four or five different gluten free bagels available. The owner explained that they are made separately from the other bagels and only after the kitchen has been completely cleaned. They are then wrapped, frozen, and stored until ordered. All the toppings are naturally gluten free and cross contamination measures are in place. I had an everything GF bagel topped with hummus, sprouts, and tomato. It was delicious and one of the better GF bagels that I have eaten. Recommended .
