Have ordered the delivery up to 12:15. the delivery was then rescheduled in a minute and the place where the order was given 09:30 and nothing warm was ordered. how the delivery time can change

I had given order 12:45 clock as delivery time and the delivery came only 13:52 clock! as an apology of the driver (florian) was said: I had finally dimmed a long way. that is impossible and unharmed!
