Pork Chop Hill Buffet - Lemoore

The food was horrible and the so called chefs could not get off there cell phones to put fresh soft rolls out or make fresh mashed potatoes or make fresh fried fish not store bought the question is DOES anyone know how to cook the chef and kitchen manager should go and find someone who has a passion for food from one chef to another

Went for the seafood buffet....it was very good...lots of varieties of food...loved the crab legs although skinny we brought our own seafood scissors and had no problem dont really care for the desserts but im not a big fan of sweets...only thing is i dont carry cash on me so i am never able to leave a tip and you cant add a tip to your bill....this time ill be sure to carry a good tip....wait staff is wonderful.....

Very disappointing recent visit to this once fine buffet. Having begun going to the buffet over a decade ago when it was small and not very good, only to be impressed when it was moved to the 3rd floor and became a truly fine buffet, it saddens me to see what the latest remodel has done to it. We won't be going back... The wait staff stations have been removed, and now the wait staff only brings and replenishes juice and milk and the like you have to get your own soda or iced tea from ONE single self serve drink station. That station is at the far end of the buffet room, so one could easily have to walk over a hundred feet just to get a drink. And since there's only one ice machine, it can often run out of ice even when the buffet is at less than half capacity as happened to us. And not withstanding that the one station often has a line of people waiting to get a drink again even at less than half capacity. The other glaring shortcomings they introduced with this latest remodel, is that you no longer have direct access to a salad bar. Now, you wait at the counter while one or two staff members put together a green salad for you. And forget about pre made salads like potato or macaroni salad, or the pile of shrimp they used to have those are no more! And the desert bar well it's about a fourth the size of what it had been, which means lines and less selection. Is this a cost cutting measure on the casino's part? If so, they forgot to lower the meal price accordingly. Sorry but don't waste your time going to this buffet any longer...

They have buffett posted but they no longer have one. He said yelp has not been advised.

No more buffet, but other restaurants have really good food to try. Coyete grill has delicious breakfasts, lunch and dinners . They also have other fast foods to try and a starbucks that has delicious sandwiches and pastries, plus great coffee and lattes.
