I've been living in the Contamines Montjoie for 7 years, and this is the first time I've been going to the bottle to eat. I was very pleasantly surprised, and by the service to small care, but also, and especially by the kitchen prepared by the chef. My taste buds still remember... and what a pleasure to eat other dishes than fondues and raclettes. This time, it was the Flemish carbonnade on the menu, and I can assure you that I took my time to taste this food full of flavors. We smell the professional in the furnaces. If the cook takes so much pleasure in satisfying the clientele, I will return there without hesitation.
