Definitely not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Stopped in around 2pm on a Friday and it was pretty busy, but not terribly so. There were clearly some regulars with whom the bartender was VERY friendly, but her attitude was unwelcoming and rude to me and my friend. I ordered a side/basket of fries and she asked if I wanted salt/pepper and ketchup. I said yes to all 3 but asked if they have aioli (I don't really like ketchup and have a slight allergy). She said no and looked at me as though I asked her to fly me in some caviar. At any rate, the fries came out and were in the top two worst fries I have ever had in my life. No amount of salt/pepper or ketchup made them palatable. I ate a handful and set the basket aside. She never offered another beer or asked why I didn't eat the fries. Definitely will not be going back (for which I'm sure she will be glad).
Wait staff was great but I would bet my house that the pizza was Digiorno. Food was overpriced. At least the beer was cold. Never ever again.
The chicken wings are INSANELY good. I've eaten from wingstop, BW3, and every smaller place in between...these were on another level. Unbelievably crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and consistent throughout. I was shocked and saddened I haven't eaten Keystone Pubs wings sooner. TRY THEM... I know I will again.
The food was good and rather fast. The server was empathetic when a meal was made incorrectly. It was early evening and not real busy. Bathrooms were clean, which usually can tell you if the employees care or not.
