Bella Napoli Pizzeria - Lewisham

Please be aware that the ham mentioned on the menu is not prosciutto ham, but rather a low-quality, locally produced ham that is unpleasant tasting.

I recently had another excellent meal at this restaurant, with the highlight being the delicious garlic bread that was delivered. The customer service was outstanding, as they promptly addressed a mix-up with our order. I highly recommend trying out other pizza delivery services that are available in the area.

We ordered a pizza about their own bella napoli website. the website said there was a delay for the delivery of up to an hour. we were happy with this and ordered but after 2 hours we started thinking, hey, where are these pizzas, so we tried to call the load, no answer. try them on their website, they can. the pizzas finally arrived at 3.15hs when we ordered them. I accept that they were much more revitalized than normal, as it was a Friday night and everyone is in dismissal, but 3 hours is unacceptable. I would normally have this slide except bella napoli have form for it, this is the 2nd time that our pizzas have taken over 3 hours to be delivered again, this was after a 1 hour delay for delivery heads up. this is either a very fraudulent business or a badly managed business, but either for me its 2 strikes you are out

Very good quality for an honest price. good time waiting and friendly staff. they make the pizza as they want, with vegetarian and vegan options also. I had a very good experience getting my pizza there.

Happy with our pizza. Very tasty and fresh. Very generous on the toppings and the guy on the phone was very nice about making changes for our vegan friend. Will be back for sure.
