Pizza Hut - Lewisham

I was in tears trying to order a Saturday night meal for my niece and nephew while trying to calm a crying baby. I must say that the employee at Santana's was not only polite, but also very helpful and patient. He even made me write a review before I received our pizza!

I was surprised to come across this review on Google, as I have ordered from this restaurant twice and had the best pizza delivery experience. The food arrived hot and the pizzas were packed with toppings. Although I didn't catch the driver's name, he was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Today, I ordered a pizza and the delivery status showed that it had been delivered (even though it hadn't). I called the restaurant and the manager quickly stopped the driver. The driver called me and was actually at a different location than my address. I explained to the manager that my pizza arrived 20 minutes late and was cold. He immediately sent a new one, which arrived hot along with a free drink and garlic bread. The service was top-notch and the pizza was delicious!

I am surprised by the evaluation, I used this hut about 8 times and always had fantastic service. I tried eltham today, and they screwed everything up and were so rude. this is the best in the opposite
