Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Ordered a salad and cheddar bites I waited to place my order for 11 minutes in line, which should’ve been an indication of what the rest of my visit was going to be like. The line was slow took another few minutes before I actually got to the window, then I was told that the cheddar bites were still cooking and asked me to pull up. Now it took about 4 minutes to get to the window after I placed my order then once I moved up it was another 6 minutes before they brought my food. The cheddar bites were barely warm, which means I was told a lie or they either forgot about me waiting or both. Then once I get home, they had placed the salad on top of the toast and it was just a big soggy mess. Additionally, they’re variety of salads, which used to be fabulous, is now very sad and quite ordinary. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Sadly it was vary vary sad the girl at the window told my wife she ain’t know what drinks was what after my wife asked and we had to figured that out. Food was alsome but the service was really sad and they ain’t give us any silverware so we parked and I go in to get that and it took 10min to get that after they looked at me standing there 10 times or more so I set them and watched look like they like drugs to much and they all look as more worried about there phones then working but other then that food was amazing Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered the fried chicken Philly and it was so flavorful! I will definitely be ordering thus again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very poor customer service. Will NOT be recommending this place to any of my family and friends. Several mistakes were made. Placed an order around 12:15pm, was told to pull up; and after about 30 minutes decided to come in and they told me they gave my order to someone else. Asked for it to be remade. My mistake not checking it when I got it I will admit. Got home and they had put some extremely hot sauce over the tenders when they were supposed to plain. Drove all the way back to get it remade AGAIN. No sincere apologies and made a big fuss about asking for a tea for the incovience. Also had cheddar bites, but were cold and asked for them to redone and they think I didn't notice them put the exact same ones in a new bag and hand them to me be careful they are hot. Which were ice cold. Just many mistakes were made by them and they didn't seem to understand or even acknowledge they made so many. Never have I witnessed such appalling behavior at any restraunt like this before and NEVER will return to this location. Will save my family and friends the trouble and tell them to keep clear from this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
