Wonderful, authentic food! Great atmosphere, great service!

We ate the new ones on E. Main. The food was incredible! The Taco Azteca is as big as a Burrito and is full of fun and delicious ingredients. My friend had a tortta and it was huge. The staff were super friendly and the music and decorations were exciting.

Ve had several foodie friends say I have to go there? They say there are some of the best Mexican, most authentic Mexican, they've ever had. I respect these friends' opinions. Well, I finally made it to Taquiza, and I'm here to tell you the food is legit. My wife and I were blown away. My children grew up in Mexican food. You loved it absolutely. The place is really small and we sat right down, the service was amazing. You have to order in the register what's okay. I asked a lot of questions they were kindly patient and had fun talking to them. They brought the food out and it was fantastic. The margaritas were amazing. It was a great experience eating was great. The service was great. People were friendly and this is very rare in restaurants today.

It won't be more authentic than that. Amazing food at amazing prices. Many of the tacos I tried are amazing and absolutely full of taste, but my go-to was recently the taco salad. For about $9 you get so much food you can hardly go after eating everything ~if~ You can eat it all. Bilingual Spanish/English) Personal makes the order a breeze and I must say they are some of the nicest people I met. Also sometimes you get free homemade salsa with your order regularly Verde is my favorite).

My husband and I got takeout from this restaurant during a recent visit to Lexington. We were impressed by the selection, particularly the vegetarian options. Every taco we tried was delicious. The beans and rice were some of the best we have ever had, well-seasoned and fresh. The portions were a good size for the money. Service was fast and courteous. We would definitely dine here again when in the area.
