During my business trip in lausanne, my office colleague recommended this place for a day trip with snow. it was in the did a spectacular view. the 360 rotation brings it about an hour. at my visit I had the menu of the day, and they have more live on this day. it was great! my first livelier ever. service wise it was not too good. but it was understandable because it was a busy day. fortunately, they could give a table without reservation.
The problem is clearly that the staff is understaffed. He runs like rabbits, does his best. But the owner really needs to hire more servers to keep it running
The menu is not diverse enough. If you are vegan, vegetarian, have allergies or anything else you will quickly find yourself with nothing optional on the menu. The restaurant is running, personally I didn't like it because it made me dizzy and be careful if you come when the sun is beating against the windows it heats up quickly. There is no raclette option (which is still a mountain basic! .
Some problems in this important catering service to highlight: a very shyness of flavors with a quality to be reviewed but the biggest problem is the quantity after a day of skiing not eating our fill is appalling
