Taco Bell - Liberty Lake

I drove through on a rainy cold night and ordered five simple tacos had to give my order four times and they still did not get it right when I got home between the five tacos they only had maybe two tablespoons of meat in them on the two hard tacos I had asked for some spicy cheese sauce and they were filled with sour cream very very little meat and just a pinch of lettuce and cheese my advice skip Taco Bell in Liberty Lake save your money I paid $16 for a bag of slop never got a call back from the manager to try to set things right if you're hungry and want to pick up something quick skip Taco Bell Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm throughly impressed with the service teamwork here! On multiple occasions, they have been proactive in fixing mistakes and maintaining a great attitude under stress. This is a team that clearly has each other's backs, and cares about your satisfaction. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered 2 back bean Crunchwrapa and they both came with meat on them. When I called to ask for a refund I was told I have to drive back and get the refund in person. I explained to the person on the phone that I had already driven out of my way to get the vegan nacho fries (which they were out of). The closest two Taco Bell’s to me are both closed so I drove 30 minutes to come here. And now I have to drive another 30 minutes back for a refund on an order I can’t even eat. I don’t normally have a bad time at this Taco Bell but this time was really bad that I needed to share. They gave me stale fries that were hard and cold. My burrito was basically a taquito with how small it was and the Mexican pizza with jalapeños only had one jalapeño on it. It just frustrated me that I payed for these items.
