Pancho's Mexican - Liberty

Escaped in Liberty, on a side street, with a parking lot above the street. But once you're in the restaurant, prepare for a contract. CLEAN (food and dining area); Expandable seating area; Warm welcome. The staff in the kitchen is clean cut, well maintained; also waiter stuff.

Always great eating and a very clean restaurant. maria and pancho feel like family. to eat favorite place.

NOT GOOD!!!! Please don't waste your money and time. The food was awful (cold) The service was bad too. I Ordered a chalupa and she brought me a tostada and then tried to argue with me that a chalupa is flat I even Googled a chalupa and she said that I was wrong. I will not go back.

Came in to eat with my significant other, for the first and only experience there I will be having there. First came in had a wait to be seated sign and waited at it for a good 10/15 minutes before we got even spoke to, get seated, got a cheese dip as an appetizer and sweet tea, ended up with our glasses empty before even get checked back in on, got what we ordered, started to eat and in the middle of taking a bite the rude older lady waitress comes up and says theres no smoking electronic cigarettes in the building. I don't even smoke vapes. needless to say I got up mid eating and paid. Won't be going back.

My go to for great Mexican food and friendly service! The Carnitas street tacos are amazing and so fresh! I highly recommend this establishment
