Let me just prefix by saying I Love going to Chinatown to eat, it's the only area I find I will get the most bang for my buck and always leave having had a very good and filling meal for the least amount of dollars. That being said on to my review..<br/ <br/ I had a super filling meal here which consisted of wonton soup, sooguy chicken, noodles with mixed seafood, pork fried rice and of course my meal wouldn't have been complete without my teapot of tea and the fortune cookie and orange slices provided at the end of the meal to cleanse the palate and help the digestion. What more can I say other than deliciously well seasoned and cooked. Thank you Chinatown yet again! lol I wished I would have taken a picture but I was so hungry I was seeing red, I just dove right in to enjoy..
Wont come back, ever. Staff demanded more tips, even when we already paid more than enough, food and tip. Very rude, very unhelpful to other customers as well.
Amazing place in the heart of China town with welcoming and very kind staff. Loved the people
The female owner tried to fool me that customers are required to give 10%-15% of tip in both Canada and US. The excuse was the waiter need to pay tax. How ridiculous it was! Who don’t pay taxes?! She was literally clicking the 15% option herself, which was really offensive. Now let me present the service provided for the 15% tip. No response and patience to our questions about the food! Threw the food to the table while serving, absolutely no service. I still paid $2 tip, but that lady deserved nothing!
Taking into account I've been in the food service industry for over 3 decades, I will give an honest grade. Food cooked with too much oil and corn starch. Server was not very animated. For a restaurant in Chinatown, I really didn't get an authentic experience. Not worth it to take photos.
