Contribuisci feedbackI stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. There were multiple egg selections, grilled vegetables and chicken, fresh fruit, nice breads and cheese. They have a lot of additions to their 103 calorie flavored yogurt. Coffee was excellent. I returned to the restaurant for dinner, which is fine dining. I did not find sandwiches/salads on the menu. Consequently, I returned to my room and ordered room service, which was very reasonable.
It's difficult to compete in Lima, but I can say this place is a runner up.Modern,imagitavive.Worth visiting if you come to Lima frequently. The Paiche Tiradito is well conceived and entrees me and my family had were good.Worth the price.
Fresh fruits and juices. A fair assortment of breads and cereals as well as hot dishes (scrambled eggs and pancakes). Very good
I decided to take all my meals at this restaurant which forms part of the hotel throughout my stay at the hotel. I normally don't do this but I had no regrets as the food at this restaurant meets any standard you seek outside. The kitchen is open plan, so you will see the chef fix your meal. The staff are very nice and efficient too.
Quimera is a really great international style restaurant, "authorial" dishes, very bold cuisine excellent executed and with fresh products. However, do not expect too much of Peruvian inspiration: definitely almost no Peruvian classicals.
