Contribuisci feedbackI am writing this review to express my gratitude to the amazing staff at Riyaz for their outstanding food and service. The food was absolutely delicious and great value for money. This was my third time ordering from them and it has become a favorite treat night spot. Even though there was a mistake with my order through Uber, the staff were quick to apologize, offer us extra portions, and deliver them to us promptly. We are extremely pleased with the service and the food. Thank you, Riyaz, for a wonderful dining experience.
I have been ordering from this restaurant for some time now and I cannot recommend it enough. The food is consistently delicious and the service from the staff is excellent. Delivery is always prompt and the drivers are always friendly. I highly recommend this place.
I placed an order through JustEat but was not logged in so I am unable to leave a review there. I ordered the starter platter for 2 and was disappointed to find that it only came with 1 onion bhaji, 1 samosa, and 1 kebab. I am not sure why this is advertised as a platter for 2. The food we ordered was tasty, but I would not order from this restaurant again as I feel like I did not get my money's worth.
I tried ordering late on a Tuesday night and the delivery was surprisingly quick. This was hands down the best Indian food I've tasted since leaving London. I've been on the hunt for a good Indian restaurant and I finally found it. The food was absolutely excellent.
Last Saturday, my two friends and I ordered our first Indian meal since lockdown. The food was delivered at quarter to 7, instead of the 7 o'clock order time. We noticed that there was no salad or mint sauce sent with the chicken tikka. We immediately called the restaurant and put the food back into the oven. The missing items were not delivered until 8.40, by which time we could no longer sit in the garden and the peshwaris were ruined. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was only offered more peshwaris, which I felt was inappropriate given the situation. I asked for the matter to be looked into and for a callback on Sunday, but heard nothing. I called back on Wednesday, was promised a callback within an hour, but received none. After calling again on Thursday, it was agreed that we would receive some free food to make up for the ruined evening. However, when I called tonight, I was informed that no compensation would be given, leading me to leave a negative review. The delay in food delivery and poor communication have left us very disappointed with the service. It is unfortunate, as the evening could have been salvaged if the food had been packed correctly initially, or if the missing items had not taken so long to arrive.
