Shokunin - Lincoln

If you want the best quality sushi in Lincoln, then this is the place! Maybe your more into noodles, well then this is still where you wanna be! Highly recommend the King Calamari roll and the Yakisoba!

First time visiting at Lincoln and this place is by far one of the best and authentic Japanese restaurants in town! I’ve tried other places but this one raised the bar to the roof! Hands down with their Tonkotsu ramen and sushi, then top it off with great service! Would definitely recommend this place with anybody who craves for real and authentic Japanese food.

The sushi and sashimi here are truly outstanding! Our server was friendly and efficient with our 8 person party, and with about 14 various (and generous sized) rolls ordered, we all had extra to take home. Just thinking about it again has me thinking that it's about time to go back.

Shokunin is by far my favorite place to get sushi in Lincoln. When it comes to the quality of sushi, this place this on a complete different level compared to Hiro, Blue, and Grey Whale. Inside the restaurant, the vibes are good and the staff is nice. I took my roommates there the other day for the first time and they loved it. Their sushi menu has a lot of options and our server Jason was very knowledgeable was able to give us great suggestions.

When we first went to Shokunin, I realized I finally had found my place. They care about the quality of their ingredients, as well as the service. (Jason is great! Very nice and helpful when it comes to menu suggestions. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been fantastic, from the nigiri, to the ramen, to the ‘fancy’ rolls, etc. I especially loved the udon it took my back to a visit I had with my exchange family in Japan. There are many food options for non sushi fans, and lots of happy hour opportunities. I highly recommend any of the chef’s choice sashimi and nigiri or the hand rolls.
