Quinn is awesome!!! He truly made our experience great with his knowledgable recommendations on wines and dishes. Will definitely come back next time we are in Asheville! PS the pork chop was one of the best pork chops I have had!! And that’s coming from someone born and raised in Iowa. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible food. Locally sourced, seasonal, and so very delicious. We put that it was our anniversary on our reservation and were given a card and several special extras. We’ll definitely come again. Dietary restrictions: With celiac disease, it’s rare to go somewhere and be able to eat much of anything. To have an entire menu of fantastic food available was such a gift!

What an amazing dinner at Posana. Haley, our server, was so kind and detailed. The food was wonderful and the ambiance elegant yet comforting. One of the best dine experiences in Asheville!

Reserved a table for a small party to celebrate my wife's birthday. From the moment that I contacted the team at Posana it was clear that their attention to every detail was top of mind (unlike some other places in town). Lindsey made the process of booking a reservation for our small group effortless. Our server Lauren made everyone feel right at home, and was amazing at keeping our entire dining experience memorable, enjoyable and 5 star. The food was worth every penny and the chef's made a statement about the quality you can expect when dining here (loved the salad, fried green tomatoes and pork chop). If you're ready for a great meal and great experience this is your place in Asheville.

My wife is Gluten Free and always has to “settle” for the available gluten free options when we eat out. Not the case here. Wow, what a menu. It so great to share food off each others plate!! Thank you. Highly recommend.
