I did an online order through the app. They told us when we got there to pick up our food that they were out of several items and they left the chicken off the salad. We asked for a refund on those items and were ignored. They refused to speak with us. We called corporate and were told there was nothing they could do but we might get a call from their leadership team.
Inside was locked at 5pm. Drive thru order was wrong. No way to have it corrected unless I sat in line for another 30 minutes. Not worth that
:20 minute wait on fingers 12/11 7:24pm. No sauces for 3 types. Take a look at the bathroom. Grossly understaffed. But nice cashier manager.Left for Burger King nearby.
For me to wait so long for my order, they gave me the wrong order the first time. Just for me to go back in and still get the wrong order again. Mind you I simply ordered the sweet and spicy Tenders and fries. They gave me regular Tenders and the fries were cold. Definitely dont recommend this location.
Waited thirty minutes for my meal and they gave it to the wrong person . Seven cars outside waiting for food . I wish I went to Wendy’s across the street.homeless people outside too bad environment and slow
