Boa Bao-lisboa

This spot offers high class Asian food in a charming chic atmosphere. Authentic spices and dishes in the menu. Creative menu and cocktail/drinks menu. Unfortunately they don‘t do reservations, but if you are willing to wait some time at one of the offered seats at the bar, you will be seated rather fast. Services was super nice and helpful; a little bit more on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for delicious food and good sized portions. This is not your regular wan tan and number 33!!!

The marinated in pear juice salmon was very nice. The detail, theme and decoration within the restaurant and on the tables are beautiful. The menu was exciting, but I felt rushed to make a decision. I'm just not sure if we enjoyed our experience there.

I sat right in front of the chefs was quite a display of a highly busy efficient kitchen working efficiently. I ordered an assortment of classic dim sum as a starter then as a main course, I had the slow cooked beef in indonesian dry coconut curry with stirred fried mushrooms. served with side of jasmin rice. I was fully satisfied, however the waiter did a great job in persuading me to try the classical pork belly bao…. I couldn’t refuse. At the end, the staff graciously gave me a 20% discount for accidentally spilling wine over me, I hadn’t asked for any but glad that they were courteous enough to offer something. Food was excellent would return.

Excelente! Faz-nos viajar e embrenhar no espírito asiático. Comida soberba, excelente ambiente e atendimento, decoração fantástica com detalhes incríveis. As tostas com porco e camarão, o caril amarelo da malásia e os noodles coreanos de batata doce (japchae) estavam perfeitos! Para terminar, a mousse de chocolate e o creme brûlée estavam ótimos. A voltar, certamente!

I think I will need to repeat my visit soon. Me and my bf have decided make our evening a little more extraordinary and romantic. This was just a wonderful choice. Warn and beautiful environment, everything tasty and just so pleasent evening. Thank you! We will come next time
