This restaurant is along a street full of seafood restaurants. It's difficult to distinguish among them. They look similar, have similar menus and all have moderately aggressive assistants in the street trying to convince you that their restaurant is the one for you. Outside seating dominates on this pedestrianised street. The service here was just ok they seem too busy to really pay attention. The food was fine, but could have benefited from salt. It took 15 minutes to get the salt...my meal was 1/2 eaten by then. The grilled squid was fine. House white wine was fine. So, mostly at expectation, if you think of this as fast, not fine, dining. If I returned, I'd try another restaurant but it would probably be about the same!
Portuguese type of restaurant that also serves Italian food. It 's very busy and seems to be aimed at the tourist market. It 's very clean, very busy and serves remarkably good food. The chefs are on view busy preparing food. Had really good baked cod, good vegetarian dishes. The house wine at €14.50 was really good. We had as cover bread and olives. At the end of the meal the waiter gave us a complimentary port each. Wouldn 't definitely go back.
