Contribuisci feedbackVery bad service from the waitress. She told us they close at 10pm (or was it 9pm? . The whole time she said we could stay after they closed. I was confused because I didn’t think Waffle House closed. I guess they just close the dining room because she kicked us out when they closed the dining room around 9:30. So I wish she had been up front with us. She was very unclear, kind of neurotic. It was extremely frustrating for me. And annoying that Waffle House is not open 24/7 like it used to be. She handled the communication of that extremely poorly.Food was meh. Prices are high. Dirty table. Bad service. Waffle House ain’t what it used to be.
Having to tell the waitress that my order was half wrong. Having to let them know, I needed things that I shouldn't have to ask for like silverware or telling them over again. Hey, this is not correct and then lady. That was doing the take out sitting or chewing out the cook. Writing for a customer's which is definitely uncalled for and in her splattering water on my food rod couldn't eat no more because of the dirty water that was splattering on my food from her washing dishes.
The whole night shift needs to be fired . I ordered online and I get there and the cook is sitting in the car . Order was suppose to be ready at 3:51 was ready until 4:07 . My mushroom went grilled and the eggs were HORRIBLE !!! Waffle house is known for their eggs . Idk what this man did but it wasn’t Waffle House eggs . Everything was rushed and they turned away a customer . There were 5 people on the shift . Whole shift fired !!!!!! ASAAP !
I’m so sick of going into to the ghetto locations I have repeatedly told my husband I hate Waffle House because the food has been so horrible and the service gets worse. I have never in my life seen a company who allows employees to argue with a customer. If I asked and I said I do not want the food to get cold then inform the person doing Togo’s but I was under the impression you are working together don’t give me excuses about know shift change I waited patiently for my food all this person had to do was call the young lady or look in the bag when he went right by the bag to bag up his customers order something so small caused a big issue. I don’t care how much someone wants Waffle House they will be going themselves because I refused to spend any more money at this location in particular because they always got something going on. The time before this they decided to lock the doors because the server was frustrated and said she needed a break I’m mean really who lets employees dictate when to lock the doors !!! Sad and pitiful these locations should have long been shut down!!! If I could rate a zero I would horrible just horrible ??
Great workers. No fights this time. But took 20 min to clean
