Mcdonald's - Little Elm

Of the McDonald's this is the least consistent I have been to. 50% of the time the food is horrible and tastes like it has sat for hours. The other 50 it's not bad.The service is usually decent but on this last trip we did an order ahead and they cancelled it so we had to reorder again. The cashier acted like we never ordered but we could see it in the app and see it was cancelled by the store.In short this is our last resort McDonald's.

Multiple instances of poor service over our last few visits and today made it evident this location is not changing for the better. Employees are not welcoming and it feels like you are a bother as a customer.Orders have been missing items or incorrect on our last orders and today was no different as we received less nuggets in the happy meal than we purchased. It’s evident the management and employees here don’t care about service and customer satisfaction. Will not be returning.

Sloooooowwwww took forever and there was no wait no line no

Make sure you leave yourself an extra 20 minutes before you get into the drive line.

Not only was no one at the first window where I was supposed to pay. But, they were going to make me drive back around to the first window and pay. And then the cashier handed me one of my drinks and it was half empty. When I asked him where’s the rest of the drink, he said that’s all that was left of the Dr Pepper. I said I paid for that and I would like it filled and he handed me someone else’s drink that someone else ordered. Very odd. Never will go back food was cold as well
