Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Little Rock

My experience was okay, but I'm just happy? It's close to me?

This is the worst tropical smoothie I've ever had. It's next to my house, so I gave them several chances. All smoothes taste like water. They never taste so funny because no other tropical is. I always have to ask her to remake my smoothie. At this point I would like to talk to a regional manager or something that makes it literally?t sense.

We had dinner and was pleasantly surprised. I've never eaten in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The food was good and the smoothies were better. The service was also good.

The food was good, but they don't give you enough for what you pay. I ordered a wrap and it might have been the size of a small breakfast burrito. I also ordered a smoothie, and the cup was 85% full. Very disappointing, Tropical Smoothie wasn't always like this. For this last statement, this was my experience going through the drive through. When you get to the window to pay, they hit you up for a tip before you receive you food. What exactly am I tipping for in the drive through? Who gets that tip? Does the person that made my 85% full smoothie get it? Or does the person that made my tiny wrap get it? Or does the person that handed me my food get it. I won't be going back to this place.
