The Original Pancake House - Littleton

This is a bustling restaurant with extravagantly indulgent breakfast entrees. Definitely worth a visit if you have the time. You can put yourself on the wait list with yelp prior to arrival.

This morning was my first time eating here, and it was a really good experience. It was bustling! Yet, the wait wasn't long (15 mins), the meal felt calm and unrushed, and the staff were all in the zone. I observed them offering help to teen members, thanking each other, communicating calmly and politely about what needed to be done, joking around in a light-hearted way. The manager was right there working alongside them but able to step out as it was needed to tend to customers and lead the team. If it hadn't been for the staff, the experience might have felt frenzied or rushed. Instead, it felt like a large version of a local diner. Oh, and the food is good too.

Typical pancake house but with an old school vibe and a pretty good menu selection. The place was nearly full but we got our food quickly and our waiter couldn’t have been better. Food was well prepared and enjoyed by my family. I thought my potato pancakes were pretty bland but maybe that is the style around here so more of an observation than a gripe.

Everything is delicious, but it's the bacon that I love. Even if I only have one piece left, I will take it home knowing it will make a sandwich even better. The service is always amazing and the people really work as a team.

This is an awesome place. They have gluten free pancakes!!! The gluten free pancakes are amazing. Light, fluffy and flavorful. My waiter, Angel, patiently explained the GF options to me and helped me decide on am amazing pigs in a blanket breakfast.
