Contribuisci feedbackThe communication was absolutely terrible. I ordered online for myself and my two 6-year-old boys and received an email confirming my order. Despite waiting an hour and a half, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a busy Friday night. Eventually, at 7pm, I called the restaurant only to be informed that my order had been cancelled because they do not deliver to my area. I understand that my location is not close by, but I did not receive any notification via email or phone call, so I was completely unaware that our food was not on its way. The order included three meals, two of which were for kids. Regardless of whether it was the restaurant's fault or the platform I used to order, I was disappointed that my boys were left hungry and disappointed. I appreciate that they do not deliver to my area, but I ask that they please inform me so I can make alternate arrangements. The only silver lining was that the money had not been deducted from my bank account, despite receiving a confirmation email.
I would give this restaurant a zero rating if I could, but unfortunately this app doesn't allow it. The pizzas are always delicious, but unfortunately my partner found a fingernail in our meal.
The fries, onion rings, and coleslaw were absolutely delicious with a fresh, hot, and delicious taste. Everything was delivered on time and dropped off at the door.
Food is always tasty and hot. Arrives on time. We have just ordered again- we love the pizzas. The new man on the phone is much more pleasant than the women who once worked on the phone.
Just had a delivery off this take away. Chicken strips burned. Think the delivery driver had sat on the wrap to keep it warm. Veggie burger looked like it had been in a washing machine. Soggy and in pieces. What a shame.
