Starbucks - Liverpool

Came and sat inside today rather than using the drive thru. Lots of new faces who didn’t interact much but Ryan was there as always with a smile a few words.

Visited here for a morning coffee, staff are pretty much rude, and uninterested. It 's not busy, told no cups and paper cups only. Can 't use your starbucks app because we 're a franchise, can I scan and get the point....... I literally don 't know.....so no explains the helpful staff. Paying over £3 for a coffee has literally never been so rewarding.

Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee. Wherever you go. That 's the way it should be! But customer service can be as variable as the British summer. However, at THIS Starbucks in Speke, Liverpool, customer focus is the main event! Welcoming, kind and courteous staff, clearly pride themselves on going the extra mile to make your customer journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Considerate , attentive and knowledgeable, Jay went out of his way to make sure we felt at home and were completely replete, whilst Ryan brought me up to date with the soccer scores I 'd been asking about! An unbelievably efficient and effective team all round. Thanks for the outstanding experience guys and girls. We aim to do an 'Arnie ' we WILL be back!

Had the nicest customer service ever here today. Lovely new guy Adam served me, if only all staff were as kind. Made perfect cappuccino, will be back again.
