McDonald's - Liverpool

McDonald's in Durham is the worst! They constantly forget something from every order and take forever to prepare each order.

I ang my man today has a great visit to liver pool mcdonalds, the service was amazing despite a busy track in the car thru. the service was fast and the staff was all kind greetings.

Honestly, this is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. their order is wrong even if they use the app for mobile ordering. they wait 15 minutes for their order, even if only a few people are in the restaurant. I had the same amount of fries as a kid gift. the big mac I got was really good. it tasted just like a big mac should, and it seemed quite fresh. not all employees, but some are extremely rude. they seem upset or almost harassed that they have ordered food there. don't waste your time or your money. they will be disappointed. if they want good mcdonald’s, they will drive the 20 minutes to bridgwater, it will be even faster!

I appreciate the efforts made by the restaurant, especially in resolving a mistake that occurred. As someone who works in the service industry, I understand the importance of handling problems calmly and seeing how the situation can be resolved. I was happy to accept a replacement order and even received a free side of fries when my burger arrived with the wrong toppings. The staff handled the situation well, offering a refund and a friendly smile when I returned to the restaurant. I want to thank them for acknowledging the error and making it right. I also have to say that the replacement burger I received was possibly the best burger I've ever had from McDonald's. If all their burgers were that good, they wouldn't have any competition.

The service at this restaurant was slow and the servers were chewing gum, which was unappetizing. The food is equivalent to McDonald's, so the quality of the service is crucial. When we ordered four meals, the server made a strange comment about it being a large order.
