I think we were forgotten about because we saw surrounding tables get their food even though they ordered after us. One gentleman commented about our wait. When we asked if they could check on our food it arrived minutes later.
Table booked the day before. Waited a good 10 minutes before anyone came to show us to a table. Top of table very sticky which off-putting. No one asked if we wanted a menu or if we required a drink. If these were ordered at the bar the queue was a mile long. After suffering the extremely noisy and crowded atmosphere my husband and I walked out! Certainly would not recommend this place.
Glad to have found this whilst visiting the area as I was able to have two good sized gluten free meals, as I was struggling to find anything else in the area. We sat outside as we had a dog with us, and the seating area could have been a bit more appealing but the views were great. Friendly staff and quick service!
Despite being asked about allergy and telling 3 seperate people I was still served a plate with tomatoes on the salad. They took it away and brought a new dish 30mins later after the rest of the party had finished their meal!! This is not acceptable. The new salad still had a tomato pip on the lettuce that I thankfully noticed, if it is pre prepared they should not have put it on the plate in the first place.
Very friendly staff an very helpful! Food was quick and nice. Decent portions too We had the trio pies w/ mash, peas gravy steak w/ side salad peppercorn sauce.
