Lockeport Landing

If you arrive before 5PM, you can arrange to have dinner prepared and keep it in your room until you're ready to eat. We had delicious fish cakes, salad, and fruit crumble with ice cream. I would definitely recommend staying here for a few days. The beach is beautiful, and the service at the inn is excellent. This place is off the beaten path, with stunning ocean walks and welcoming people. It's absolutely fantastic!

My family of four ate at Lockeport Landing and we really enjoyed it. The menu is small and focuses on locally sourced fish. The Haddock burger was delicious, and my wife enjoyed the fish cakes. The kids liked the paninis. Overall, we recommend trying Lockeport Landing if you're in Lockport.

We stopped in (finding very few choices in Lockporte) hoping for a quick lunch to tie us over until we returned to Lunenburg. I had the salad in a mason jar -- very fresh assortment of veggies and beans with a good dressing. My wife had the pear quesadilla which was tasty. However, it took forever to get the food served and there was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time. Perhaps they had not turned on the grill and had to warm it up? No explanation was given.

We didn't actually get to eat here as we were told very rudely that they were full - no apologies or asking us to return later. Friends of ours did get to eat here and when they asked for a salad were told they didn't have time to make one, they could only have fishcakes and potato salad - go figure!

I stayed at the Lockeport Landing Bed and Breakfast during the Harmony Bazaar Women's Festival of Music. I had the wonderful opportunity to have all of my meals there. The food was scrumptious. Breakfasts had wonderful choices (smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, smoked salmon on bagel, french toast, etc.) For lunches I had portobello mushroom burger, fish cakes with potato salad and dinner. They will also prepare gluten free and vegan meals. Nan, Andrew and Sarah are amazing hosts and truly made this experience exceptional. Since I was one of the performers for the festival, I enjoyed singing for them as well since they couldn't get to the festival. Thanks again for a very memorable and enjoyable weekend.
