We recently visited the shop for the first time and after tasting a sample now understand why people are so crazy about this cheesecake. The cheesecakes are sweet but not too sweet and the texture of the crust and cheesecake filling are perfection! There is an actual James, whom we met, who is the genius baker behind the cakes. If I could give 20 stars to this business, I would! We’ll be returning soon to try other flavors.:
