Arcade Food Hall - London

Zelt to the evening Fri night and music was too loud to have a proper conversation. the personal was completely overwhelmed and forgotten to sit down even though we asked a reservation (we asked about standing 30min and they were surprised that we were still waiting and not sitting) plus we never got conductive water, although they asked several times. eating was delicious, but serving small for the price.

Was meeting a friend who lives overseas. was perfect as not sure of his food preferences was so many styles to choose from and system worked really well ordering on the ap. All came very quickly and also has lots of tv screens so we could watch the World Cup whilst dinning. Very conveniently located next to the station also.

Some dishes were excellent, others were OK. The service was OK, but would have benefited from a better explanation of the process for ordering. You pay in advance, and includes a service charge before you get any service.

Great food hall. Staff at entrance clueless. Didn’t acknowledge my presence when I walked in.

Ate here pre theatre and it had a lively buzzy atmosphere even at 5.45. Food was excellent and all arrived super quickly. Would recommend ordering one dish at a time to share if that works otherwise you would be finished in about 15 minutes. Food ordered to table via phone and QR code but think you could order with staff if necessary.
