We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! We had a reservation but arrived early after attending a rugby game and asked if they could seat us sooner. Luckily, they were able to accommodate us. I highly recommend this place for its fantastic service and delicious food!

We had a wonderful family meal at this restaurant, recommended to us by another local family. The food was superb, very authentic and fresh. The kids' meals were generous and delicious, and the homemade desserts were also delicious. This is now my favorite Italian restaurant in Twickenham.

We always love going to Balaro, it's our favorite spot for dinner.

Disappointing meal, we arrived and were seated and asked if we would like to order drinks, once drinks came we were told they had a problem with their gas cookers and the only thing we could have was pizza from the pizza oven, so as it was my birthday meal I was very disappointed. It took over an hour to get the pizza, which were ok. They added a service charge to our bill, which we felt was inappropriate, but they were happy to remove when we queried this, the staff were polite and friendly. This place had been recommended by friends so hopefully once their problem is sorted we may return. But felt we should have been told this problem upon arrival rather than be seated and then informed which seem to also the same for other diners.
