Loaded Gourmet Burgers - London

We made a reservation for March 26th, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. This is completely unacceptable! I am at a loss for words. Four people’s time and energy were wasted for no reason. I don't want to spend my free time like this. The management is terrible, and it was an extremely disappointing experience.
