Zizzi - Kingston - London

This was a meal before we went to the theare. Last time we tried to get in it was packed so we ecided to book this time. Everything was good food and service and we thought it was good value for money. Will certainly return.

Despite booking via OpenTable our group of 5 were turned away at the door by a rude waiter claiming online systems were receiving incorrect information about availability. We have had several bad experiences at Zizzi's Kingston and despite the manager giving us vouchers for free meals on past occasions the service never improves. We booked here as it was the only restaurant with availability for a short notice visit.

Some dishes were off the menu which does limit choice possibly would have an impact on whether to recommend restaurant to others.

Food was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great evening.

Food was horrible, service was poor and I would never go there again
