I absolutely love macdonals it’s it nice food but I’ve had a few orders wrong but apart for that it’s amazing and I love it so much

Decent McDonald's, average food and service. Enjoyable dining experience. When I left the McDonald's, I caught two manlets removing the roof shingles off the roof of the restaurant! They were probably building a nest up there. Eager to carry out my civic duty, I immediately called the local manlet catcher so the little guys could be transported to the manlet pit where they belong.

Mcdelivery order via ubereats missing several items. Called store and told to request refund via Uber eats! Called them and got Indian call centre who told me to call back within 24 hrs. Asked to speak to manager who said would give me refund of £9 something when the missing items costs more and also missing items had used points with (nothing they could do apparently) so people without breakfast and no solution or care. Absolutely awful service and will never use mcdelivery via McDonald’s app ever again!

Cant get an order right to save their lives. Every single delivery most of the food is missing, i won't eat here again. Needs a serious staff overhaul.

Ordered a delivery from mcdonalds and paid £15.84 i never got my delivery uber driver said it got delivered to mey address i told uber i can send my ring doorbell footage but they just hung up the phone on me and where adamint that the driver was at my house with the food they are not only liars they are thief i am out of pocket and they will not refund me mcdonalds gave me a barcode via email what a joke this is not the first time it has happened but defo the last mcdonalds are not much better in refunding you i am a pensioner i cant afford to lose money and get hit with a voucher i will not be using them again they can stuff there voucher
