Domino's Pizza - London

Ordered a large pie on Sunday evening .Thats twice now that i have ordered from this store abd been disappointed. Not sure if its just this one or all Dominos.these days , but i will not order from Domino's any more . Two meat and two vegetable toppings.The meat was scarce. The meat was so weak that .i had some slices with no meat at all .

Jujhar took my order. As soon as I came in I felt rushed he was also telling a customer on the phone that his order was almost there but I saw him leave 15 mins after the fact. I had ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and didn?t know all the toppings nor was Itold I thought it was a normal chicken pizza but it had bacon on there when I asked they said that it was normal I?m not allowedto eat bacon and I do get hives when I eat them he was on the phone and taking my order at the same time and maybe wasn?t payingattention and didn?t really take time to take my order he is the manager I don?t know how. He also didn?t give me the rightreceipt that showed what I had paid and what would be my changed I paid cash) he also said that?s just how his systemprocesses the payments ??? Horrible do not come here

Not open till 1am because they wouldn?t let me in at 12:20 not only that but they ignored me knocking at the door and left the open sign on. Terrible customer service the managers are to blame for not properly training their employees on this situation.Not mad at the staff because they didn?t know how to handle something like this obviously.

The people who work here need to be retrained. The guy who answered the phone said our address wasn't in their delivery area even though we have ordered there numerous times before. We had to order online because he refused to listen and it was later atnight so we couldn't order from anywhere else. And of course the York St location delivered to our area after we ordered onlinebecause we are located less than five minutes away. Unbelievable the stupidity and rudeness of that employee who answered thephone who clearly just didn't want to work anymore that night.

Great pizza, quick, friendly. I would go 5 stars but I myself don't get my chicken here so can't judge it. But Domino's pizza is way better than that guy wearing the toga.
