Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - London

On Friday night, I visited this restaurant and was disappointed to find out they were out of chicken. It seems like they are always missing something on their menu. I do enjoy their Koleslawin dish, but unfortunately it was not available. This franchise license should be revoked.

This restaurant is reminiscent of a chaotic assembly line in Punjab. There is no accountability for mistakes and no website to contact if there are issues. It seems like this place is just a front for a telemarketing company as they never answer the phone when you call back. My order was messed up once again, giving them another opportunity to get it right, but they clearly don't care about customer satisfaction.

Two times they screwed up my expulsion. I asked the staff if they put everything in order for the second attempt, and they lied. I should have looked before leaving. In addition, if you do not like salty food, this is not the... place to eat. Very salty chicken and pommes.

My friend and I visited the restaurant on Wednesday, April 3rd. We ordered the delicatessen combo which came with onion rings. Unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked and the onion rings were cold and hard. We asked for a replacement but only received the chicken, not the onion rings. Disappointed, we decided to leave as the chicken was once again overcooked. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with friends than attending to their customers' needs.

It started with a request from my son for the clerk to change his glives after mopping the floor and handling cash then going to grab our food. Loved the chicken tenders but wonder if the staff realize the gloves are for our health.
