Active Culture - Long Beach

I have been a fan of Active Culture and regularly drive to Laguna Beach just for a to go order until now. This can be up to an hour and a half round trip because traffic, but worth it! I have even gone so far as to suggest to corporate they open a Seal Beach location, well dreams can come true considering this is Seal adjacent. The service is friendly and helpful. They are great and will customize your order to fit your needs. The ingredients are always fresh and the food delicious. This locations serves beer and wine, but is missing the yogurt bar, but you an still order yogurt. My go to is the Veggie Bowl and I will order a 16 ounce OG sauce to go so I can make my own bowls at home, trust me do it!

Amazing salads, bowls and other foods. I recommend this place about the other options. Nice outdoor dining area.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. Although they did not have any vegan dishes on the menu, they graciously offered to modify dishes to make them vegan for us. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to enjoy a delicious vegan mango ice cream for dessert.

While not strictly vegan, this restaurant offers vegan choices. I tried the veggie bowl with tofu and it was delicious.
